    Nursing care facilities subscribe to become a member of the MedBedsNow, LLC network. Each morning, a facility administrator logs in and updates their current bed availability. Hospital staff or Case Managers are then able to search the MedBedsNow, LLC database for the most up-to-date information. They input their patient's specific needs and only those facilities that have availability that meet the specific patient criteria will be listed, thus allowing hospitals to efficiently place patients in the proper facility.

    Every skilled nursing facility has the challenge of filling empty beds on a daily basis.   4. What are MedBedsNow, LLC payment policies?

    MedBedsNow, LLC annual subscription; the one time annual payment is non refundable.

    MedBedsNow, LLC monthly subscription; payments are charged and billed on the same day each month or period as the date that the subscription was created. Subscribers may cancel at any time, by clicking the "De-Activate Recurring Billing" option or by sending a notice to MedBedsNow, LLC no later than 20 days prior to the next billing renewal cycle.   1. How can my Nursing Care Facility become a member of the MedBedsNow, LLC network?

    Membership is easy. Just click here to sign up. Monthly fees will automatically be drafted from the credit card or bank account provided on our secure subscription server.
  2. How much is a membership and what do I receive with it?

    Membership varies depending on the Plan chosen. A full list of current plans can be found here.
  3. What is your cancellation policy?

    You may cancel your MedBedsNow, LLC subscription at any time. To do so, login as the account administrator and click on the "Account" Tab. There you can edit your billing details as well as choose to renew or cancel your account. You can also contact MedBedsNow, LLC and we can do it for you.   4. How often do I have to update my listing?

    The goal of MedBedsNow, LLC is to provide the most accurate and up-to-date availability of open beds. Therefore, information must be updated daily. If an open bed is filled in your facility, you must update your listing.
  5. If I continue to have an open bed, do I still have to refresh my listing every day?

    Yes. Bed availability can change overnight. Current and accurate information will ensure that your facility is not discredited or discounted by discharge planners. If you have the same bed criteria available, there is no need to re-enter all of the data. Simply log in to your account each day and hit "RENEW". You will be able to verify the listing's details before making it available in search results.
  6. Am I obligated to accept a patient if I have an open bed?

    No. Your facility is not obligated to accept any patient. MedBedsNow, LLC provides you the opportunities, but you still do your assessments and hold your admission reviews. You call the shots.

Questions for Case Workers, Social workers and Discharge Personnel

  1. Does my hospital have to become a member of MedBedsNow, LLC to utilize the website?

    No, this is a free service to the hospital industry.
  2. How can I ensure that I'm getting the most accurate and up-to-date bed information?

    Nursing care facilities that subscribe to MedBedsNow.com enter and update their own information daily. If you experience problems with inaccuracies or false information, please report your experience to MedBedsNow, LLC using our contact form found here.
  3. Don't I still have to call the facility to verify availability, payment, etc?

    Yes. It is still necessary that you call and confirm the details. Many nursing homes have protocols to follow before they can admit a new patient.
  4. Can I save my search query?

    At this time you can't save your search criteria onto the MedBedsNow, LLC website, but you can save the search criteria by saving the results as a favorite in your browser. When you visit the favorite again in the future, the results will be updated with the latest listings that match the criteria in the favorite.
