This simple plan has no expiration date and will begin immediately upon joining. Each month, the amount above will simply be deducted from your account.

*Applicable state sales taxes will be added to this amount if you are a Texas resident.

MedBedsNow, LLC annual subscription; the one time annual payment is non refundable.

MedBedsNow, LLC monthly subscription; payments are charged and billed on the same day each month or period as the date that the subscription was created. Subscribers may cancel at any time, by clicking the "De-Activate Recurring Billing" option or by sending a notice to MedBedsNow, LLC no later than 20 days prior to the next billing renewal cycle.
